Had a good visit today. Erin is growing like a weed. Spent most of the time outside.

Had a good visit today. She still will not let me take her home. Just got to let the Judge make the decision when we go to court on the 24 of Sept.

While going through the mail today, I came across a letter from Marshall County Courthouse. I knew what it was in reference to, so I didn’t take my time opening it up. Finally I have a court date. September 24 @ 9am. I’ve been waiting for this letter for 3 weeks now and I can already feel some weight being lifted from my shoulders.

Court In Session 9:10am (according to their clock on the wall)
Lawyers mediate.
Child Support has already been established in March by myself, so her case for that was thrown out.
I will not settle for her demands and she will not settle for mine.
I did not reject the motion to move the court hearings to Marshall County. I will travel to the ends of the Earth if I need to.

She told everybody at her place of employment that I didn’t show up for court. Don’t know what her motives are at the moment.
